Project Specialist - TOPAS

Irving

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field required
  • Five to seven years of direct work experience in supply chain management or Master’s degree required
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Proven experience in strategic analysis, as well as people, risk and change management
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to interact at senior levels
  • May require up to 30% travel

Role Purpose Statement: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for leading all supply chain/fleet related projects as assigned which includes but is not limited to: daily fleet utilization mounting, manage the day-to-day aspects of fleet projects, daily analysis, resolve planning and implementation issues, and monitoring all fleet project progress. This position will also support the TOPAS projects under infrastructure and Fleet

Supply Chain/Fleet

  • Collaborate with management to develop and drive successful execution of fleet utilization plan based on identified deliverables (KPI’s)
  • Manage scope, cost, schedule, budget, and project deliverables which include applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
  • Oversee LML supply chain/fleet projects with the responsibility to set and meet deadlines
  • Perform all fleet analytics and drive all LML KPI’s though GPS and internal fleet systems
  • Define and coordinate all fleet legal and paperwork flows to ensure federal and state compliances
  • Critically analyze and compile data into laymen’s terms
  • Generate transparency on supply chain/fleet projects at the defined milestones; ensure identification and continued communication of critical situations within the project
  • Act as project representative to support sales dialogue with customer
  • Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing

Leadership

  • Model corporate values and participate as required in groups, initiatives and advisory bodies
  • Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert
