Knowledge and Skills

  • Able to multi-task, self-motivated, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work with and within various teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and writing skills
  • Well versed with Input / Output with respect to activities & deliverables during site construction
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint

Role Purpose Statement: The Project Controller is accountable for process and procedure integration and refinement to ensure the envisioned finance and returns are realized.  Develop controls, policies, procedures, and guideline standards for capital and fixed asset process. They are also responsible for budgeting and forecasting capital expenditures, depreciation, and maintenance.

Key Interfaces: (internal, external)  Internal: Executive Leadership Team, Customer Service Center (CSC) and/or business unit management, Headquarters Finance and Accounting, Facilities, Operational Excellence, Procurement, Project Construction Managers  External: customers, vendors, auditors, construction contractors

Main Accountabilities

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project report, cost tracking and variances
  • Analyze the project schedule deliverables with respect to engineering, procurement and construction progress and physical completion
  • Prepare and report on forecasting of cash flow, capex, and expenditure needs 
  • Troubleshoot issues related to schedule and progress


  • Plan, implement and control the cost and project budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert
