I’ve just got back from this year’s WTCE (World Travel Catering Expo) and what a great year it’s been! I always enjoy the expo for meeting people, sharing ideas, hearing what our customers think, and sometimes having the time to sip a glass of wine together. This year provided all of those things and more.
Sharing our new approach with our customers was an exciting prospect, and it was very rewarding to see their positive reactions. All of our business areas came together to create a booth full of new ideas for all segments of air travel, from onboard retail through to luxury. And the food freshly prepared by our chefs at our open kitchen really hit the spot… delicious flavors and beautiful presentation.
Right now I’m really looking forward to the new things that lie ahead, as I have started to following up on all of the impressions and contacts I got from the fair.
