I’d like to introduce the second of the personas we have developed to portray a certain type of passenger and what style they would like. Meet Natalia!
Natalia, 35 years old, is from Madrid. She loves the good life, but health, environmental awareness and life-balance are important to her. She buys mostly organic produce and goes to her local farmers’ market, the Mercado de la Buena Vida so she can cook good, honest food.
Natalia’s passionate about fashion too, but always looks to buy sustainable products. A marketing consultant, she prefers doing business with socially-aware companies. In her spare time, Natalia takes power-yoga classes and likes to grow tomatoes and herbs on her balcony in the Chueca neighborhood.
Meeting passenger needs
The three styles that LSG Sky Chefs has identified – Classic, Natural ‘n’ Local and Inspirational – are clusters that represent people’s needs. Natalia, for example, is a typical natural ‘n’ local lifestyle passenger. An emotional connection with what she buys is important to her. She loves handcrafted things and she looks to support regional businesses that share her life-balance philosophy.
If you would like to know more about the three styles and how to use them to appeal to your specific passenger group, come and visit our stand at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Hamburg. See how the styles influence the choice of services, products, food design and equipment.
