Discover India – that was the slogan for our global Culinary Excellence leadership team meeting taking place in Singapore earlier this month.
India in Singapore – why not India in India? Well, going to Singapore was a great idea as you can visit native Indian places such as a food market or restaurants, combined with the metropolitan feeling of the city of Singapore. A combination we also need to meet while designing and producing the dishes for our airline customers.
Inspired by herbs, spices and other amazing products, we all got very excited and worked hard at the at-sunrice global culinary academy to produce the best Curry and Biriyani. All the chefs enjoyed working in the kitchen but we also discussed business related topics such as global standards of our menu presentations and so on.
Later this year we will have additional workshops with our dedicated team and I will continue to update you on our journey around the globe!
