Neu-Isenburg, Germany – Today marked the conclusion of LSG Sky Chefs’ first-ever “Global Business Partner Days” conference in Seeheim, Germany. The event was a unique opportunity to tap deeper into the potential of the company’s partnerships and further enhance its position as the industry leader.
The partnerships represent win-win relationships for all parties involved. They extend LSG Sky Chefs’ capabilities, facilitate its entry into new markets and help build important business rela-tionships. At the same time, the partners benefit from the company’s vast experience and in-ternational reach. By gathering a number of partners in a face-to-face exchange, new ways of cooperating and advancing mutual business interests could be explored, helping to build a uni-fied powerhouse.
The agenda included reviewing the LSG Sky Chefs’ Mission, Strategy and Excellence Initiatives. Through a series of short tradeshows, the attendees additionally went over the compa-ny’s extended products and services portfolio beyond their core airline catering business. The tradeshows included presentations from Onboard Retail, Lounges, the equipment subsidiary SPIRIANT, supply chain management solutions joint venture SkylogistiX and a sampling of nominated products.
“This meeting was a great chance to strengthen our business partners’ commitment and iden-tification with the entire LSG Sky Chefs network,” said CEO Erdmann Rauer. “One key out-come is that we will increase our cooperation with them in the future. Together, we can achieve a better understanding of our customers’ needs so that we can exceed their expectations and grow our business in new markets and service segments.”
