SPIRIANT creates amenity kits for EVA Air

June 8, 2017

Neu-Isenburg, Germany – Taiwan-based EVA Air is the first airline in Asia to offer Melvita products in the much-loved RIMOWA amenity kit that is being provided to passengers in their Royal Laurel Class cabins since the beginning of May. It’s a distinct brand collaboration brokered by design-focused airline equipment provider SPIRIANT, which brings together the French organic beauty products line and the long-established German luggage manufacturer.

After nearly three years in the EVA Air inflight duty-free catalogue, Melvita’s presence in the domestic Taiwanese market has increased considerably to over 10 retailers. The uniqueness of their products combines the benefits of nature in their purest form for beautiful, healthy skin.

“Melvita organic products have been very well received to date due to an increase in customers favoring gentle and natural properties on their skin, particularly after a long-haul flight,” said Anne Deligny Villet, Brand Development Director at SPIRIANT.

The RIMOWA hard case has been used by EVA Air since 2013 and is offered in Seal Grey and Pearl White, which are in line with their corporate colors. EVA Air has revealed that they will rotate the two colors of the kit, which means that passengers can collect them both.

After being crowned “Supplier of the Year” for their amenity kits at the prestigious TravelPlus awards, this is yet another sign that SPIRIANT is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to this competitive product segment. In fact, it has formed a dedicated business unit of amenity- kit experts based in Hong Kong to further broker smart co-branding relationships between airlines and luxury, lifestyle, fashion and cosmetic brands worldwide.
