Opening of New CSC in Wenzhou, China

Wenzhou, China / Neu-Isenburg, Germany – Yesterday marked the official opening of a new customer service center (CSC) at the Wenzhou Longwan International Airport in China’s Zhejiang province (south of Shanghai). The new facility was constructed within the framework of the joint venture between LSG Sky Chefs and the Wenzhou Airport Group, which was formed back in 2014.

Thanks to the increase in manufacturing and trading in the region, the Wenzhou airport shows annual passenger growth rates of 10 percent. It also recently opened a new terminal. Being the sole caterer on site, this offers LSG Sky Chefs the opportunity to grow alongside this promising development. The construction of the new facility followed an eco-friendly concept that uses LED and solar lighting and a heat-recycling system. Currently, 160 employees there serve 120 flights per day for a client roster that includes Cathay Dragon, Air China, China Eastern China Southern and Hainan Airlines.
