LSG Sky Chefs Wins Catering Agreement with Air New Zealand
LSG Sky Chefs recently signed a seven-year extension of a comprehensive catering agreement with Air New Zealand (NZ).
LSG Sky Chefs has been catering NZ at its home base since 1997. The contract extension will go into effect in August 2007 and will run through August 2014. It covers airline catering services for the current 65 NZ flights per day, or a total of 13,000 daily meals, delivered from LSG Sky Chefs’ New Zealand network. The NZ contract comprises the core of the LSG Sky Chefs business in this country.
“I am confident that this agreement represents a solid foundation from which to continue building our relationship with this highly valued customer,” said HK Cheung, LSG Sky Chefs’ Regional COO Asia/Pacific.
Just recently, LSG Sky Chefs also secured an additional two-year contract extension with Air New Zealand out of three U.S. locations in Los Angeles, Honolulu and San Francisco.
