LSG Group Implements Boutique Home Delivery Platform for Eurowings

Neu-Isenburg, Germany – The LSG Group is pleased to announce that is has created and implemented a boutique home delivery platform for Eurowings called Wingsshoppen. The home delivery platform allows Eurowings passengers to purchase boutique items up to 90 days before their trip via the airline’s website and have them delivered directly to their home.

As part of a mutual innovation strategy with Eurowings, the LSG Group’s expert teams at LSG Retail GmbH in Cologne, Germany, and LSG Sky Chefs in Hannover, Germany, collaborated to conceptualize the platform, support its implementation and, now, continue to operate the logistics behind the home delivery system. LSG Retail is responsible for category management and product selection. Order fulfilment and delivery logistics for ordered items is organized by the LSG Sky Chefs facility in Hannover.
