Goddard Group and LSG Sky Chefs Renew JV Contract

Neu-Isenburg, Germany/Barbados – Goddard Enterprises Ltd. (Goddard) and LSG South America (LSG Sky Chefs) have signed an agreement to renew their existing joint-venture (JV) contract. Under the new agreement, the JV will be extended until September 30, 2035. The JV was founded in 1995 on the basis of a 51 percent shareholding by Goddard and 49 percent by LSG Sky Chefs. Today, it comprises 21 locations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America and employs 3,380.
