Delivering the best in quality and value to customers and shareholders should never overshadow the commitment to responsible corporate citizenship and environmental stewardship. In fact, at the LSG Group, we feel that each one enhances the other. That’s why we keep a watchful eye on our environmental impact, promote diversity within a safe and fair workplace, and emphasize ethics and transparency in all our business operations.
The environment is not an obstacle to doing business. It represents the soil from which we grow. The LSG Group strives to continually reduce its carbon footprint, conserve energy and resources, invest in renewable, eco-friendly and sustainable materials, and aim for 100% waste recycling.
To ensure that our deeds back up our words, we have defined a set of stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for energy, water and waste reduction. We annually measure the performance of all wholly-owned LSG Group Customer Service Centers against these indicators and publish them in the annual Environmental Report. The report offers best practice examples from around the world that show how our Customer Service Centers “think green” in their day-to-day business and continuously find ways to reduce our environmental Impact.
People are our greatest resource
There is no single “face” to the LSG Group. Our more than 32,000 employees hail from more than 100 countries and a rich diversity of ethnic backgrounds. By promoting inter-cultural respect and tolerance in the workplace, we are able to draw upon the best of all possible worlds – literally.
Our fair and ethical employee-relations policies make the LSG Group a great place to work. As a result, we are able to attract superior talent and retain more of our workforce in what is traditionally a high-turnover industry. This translates into better and more consistent results for our customers.

Transparency at the top
A corporation can only be as ethical and responsible as its governance. Ours functions with maximum transparency. Decision-making is checked against a risk-management system and internal controls to keep us on track. Openness and clarity also characterize our corporate communications and human resources policies.
