Dr. Kristin Neumann
Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Kristin Neumann became Chief Financial Officer of LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG (LSG Holding) on July 1, 2014. On October 1, 2014, she also assumed the role of Labor Director for LSG Holding. She holds responsibility for Accounting and Controlling, Mergers & Acquisitions and Subsidiaries, Human Resources, Processes and IT, Procurement, Treasury and Risk Management. She also leads the company’s Ringeltaube subsidiary.
Prior to joining LSG Holding, Dr. Kristin Neumann was Chief Financial Officer Continental Europe at Thomas Cook AG since May 1, 2006, where she held responsibility for the Group’s financial success in 10 markets. Additionally, she was a Member of the Executive Board of Thomas Cook AG in charge of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Tax and Legal Affairs since 2010. In 2012/2013, she also led the comprehensive restructuring of the company’s activities in Great Britain.
Before that she was Head of Controlling Germany and Head of Planning & IT Co-ordination Germany at Thomas Cook, which she joined in 2000.
After studying economics at Georg August University in Göttingen, Germany, Dr. Kristin Neumann earned a doctoral degree (summa cum laude) in business administration. Prior to her studies, she completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at the Deutsche Bank.
