Code of Conduct
Responsible, irreproachable and lawful behavior constitutes an important part of our corporate culture, to which we must adapt our everyday working practices. Forthis purpose, the executive board of LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG adopted this Code of Conduct, to support the value system that applies to the entire LSG Group.
Environmental Report - Thinking Green
A fundamental feature of our Environmental Management System is the Environmental Report. The report offers five really interesting best practice examples from around the world that show how our Customer Service Centers “think green” in their day-to-day business and continuously find ways to reduce our environmental Impact.
LSG Group Annual Review 2016
The LSG Group’s market environment is characterized by continued growth in all areas of its business thanks to the increase in the number of airline and train passengers, as well as consumers. Worldwide, airline-passenger traffic, for example, grew by 6.3 percent while 700 new routes were added to the global flight Network.
