Management Agreement in Nigeria

Neu-Isenburg -- LSG Sky Chefs announced today that the company has entered into a Management Services Agreement with Airline Services and Logistics Plc (ASL), a Nigerian company operating out of Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos and Nnamdi Azkiwe International Airport Abuja.

ASL is the only caterer at these two international airports delivering to a number of international and domestic airlines, among which is BA, China Southern, Delta, Emirates, Ethiopian, Iberia, KLM, Qatar, SAA, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Nigeria. Under the new agreement, LSG Sky Chefs will assign a management team to support and secure the ASL operations.

"Nigeria is one of the most attractive markets on the African continent for two main reasons," said Silvio Canettoli, LSG Sky Chefs' RCOO Mediterranean and Africa. "First, it is among the key strategic African markets due to its size. Second, our market entry in Western Africa increases our chances, to further develop our presence in this region."
