At LSG Sky Chefs we have a Total Quality Management approach to all aspects of in-flight service.
Our QM program starts with the quality of food - which is safeguarded by a strict auditing program - and extends to the quality of all processes, procedures and communication channels within our organization. We also work with your cabin operations departments to establish KPIs and SOPs that ensure the goals of your airline are achieved.
In addition we partner with the LSG-Hygiene Institute/TUEV SUED; an independent company that conducts our quality and process audits. And we offer individual caterer training programs especially designed to cover local requirements and maintain continuous system-wide operational performance analysis.
