Trend Scouting
We have trend scouts based in a growing number of metropolitan cities who continuously monitor regional and category trends in packaging design, food, retail and service. What's more we complement these findings with feedback from passengers, cabin crew and suppliers to further enhance our market knowledge.
Co-innovation Workshops
Once emerging trends are identified, we employ proven techniques to translate these trends into an in-flight service vision. We then conduct co-innovation workshops with our airline customers to turn these visions into concrete concepts.
Realizing ideas
