When you are in the service business, listening to your customers closely is crucial. As a service provider LSG Sky Chefs understands this, which is why it has launched a series of initiatives to enhance dialogue with its customers and to involve them in the development of products and services from the onset.
One example is the recently established “Customer Forum,” a unique platform to create new ideas and concepts for onboard services in partnership. After a very successful start in Saigon, Vietnam last month, LSG Sky Chefs is planning to roll out the concept in other regions.
First customer forum in Saigon, Vietnam:
Last November, LSG Sky Chefs invited the leading in-flight specialists in the Asian market to Saigon for three days of sharing practical knowledge and developing new opportunities for in-flight service. The meeting was conducted as an interactive forum in a stimulating and enjoyable environment where participants exchanged ideas and together explored new service options.

Learn more about the latest trends – topics covered included product and service solutions, value innovation and passenger trends.
Discover new possibilities for the delivery of in-flight services – the sessions focused on identifying opportunities and co-creating new concepts and in-flight experiences.
For the meeting, LSG Sky Chefs developed a special shared-meeting approach which facilitated interactive discussions in absolute confidence and individual integrity.
Together, representatives from various major airlines across the Asia/Pacific region and LSG Sky Chefs developed a range of ideas and identified how the company can best support airlines in the future. This first forum will be followed up by individual meetings, ongoing communication and additional forums in the future.
