Our entry-level Crossborder Program is unique in many ways. For starters you will join a team of up-and-comers from different parts the world as they participate in a challenging but highly rewarding development program that will take them to up to three international locations within the span of three years.
But this is not just about learning facts and figures. Crossborder gives you intensive on-the-job training that will prepare you to work in a variety of capacities within the industry.
You will gradually build your functional and management expertise through self-managed projects, personal involvement and inclusion in a variety of tasks.
