Intern Information Management/Business Intelligence (m/f) in Neu-Isenburg
LSG Lufthansa Holding AG is looking for you as an Intern Information Management / Business Intelligence (m/f)
Main responsibility of the Competence Center Business Intelligence is to integrate data from the different worldwide information systems of LSG Sky Chefs into a standardized data warehouse. These data (especially concerning Finance, Quality and Customer information) are made available to the Management by respective analysing and reporting tools.
Focus on our work is the project management and also execution and improvement of the support processes concerning the implemented BI applications. The Competence Center works in an international environment with employees in USA and Germany.
A broad area of responsibility with independent tasks and the support of daily business activities will provide you good insights to our complex and exiting business.
During the internship the focus of your tasks is made on IT Application Management, where you will support the application owners or take care of smaller projects for the improvement of the internal processes
Your Profile:
- At least four semesters of studies in the fields of informatics, business administration, natural or social sciences
- During the internship you must be enrolled at your university
- High-level of understanding of complex topics and interest in new areas
- Proactivity and sense for pragmatic solutions
- Creativity, strong communications and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Fluent German and English skills both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and VBA Programming
The position leads you to the headquarters of LSG Sky Chefs in Neu-Isenburg (10 minutes away from Frankfurt airport). The internship might also contain duty travel and stays abroad. Start of the internship can be immediately and should last between 3 -- 6 months.
