In recent years, we have developed new techniques and technologies to create fresh concepts in frozen cuisine. We can now provide high quality products within any service concept, i.e. from First Class entrees to Economy Class meal boxes, at a reduced cost.

Our frozen meal experts design meals, meal components and snacks that meet the specific requirements of any passenger segment. We currently make over 600 different frozen dishes with over 100 ethnic variations. When designing meal options we take the entire in-flight service process into consideration and focus on a combination of passengers' needs and the practicalities and costs for an airline.

In order to meet the demands for this fast moving trend we have established dedicated frozen food facilities in Asia, the U.S. and Europe. We also have specialist joint ventures in Rome, Italy and Antalya, Turkey to supply snacks, desserts and salads. In combination with our global logistics network we ensure worldwide consistency and global supply.
