LSG Sky Chefs operates under a dual management system with an Executive and Supervisory Board. The Executive Board is independently responsible for the management of the company. In turn, the Supervisory Board appoints, advises and supervises the Executive Board.
The corporate governance processes are clearly defined by a highly transparent decision matrix and supported by the risk management system and an internal control check tool for self-assessment.
