Food Safety Commitment

As the world's largest provider of in-flight services it is LSG Sky Chefs' goal to provide our customers and the flying public with the highest quality food and services available.

Every day we strive to exceed the compliance requirements set for our industry and to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and their passengers.

In the United States, LSG Sky Chefs served 5,771,441 meals in June 2010 (approximately 190,000 meals a day). In our Washington International (IAD) facility alone, there were over 1,000 food safety checks carried out in the month of June to ensure the quality of our products for the approximately 4,275 meals served daily at that facility.

Food safety and security is a constant focus for our organization. Nothing is more important to us than the quality and the safety of our products.
